Maybe they worked on the original R3 and/or an earlier firmware version? All I know is they don't work with my Pro on the latest firmware. 100 of the reviews were posted from different devices and unique IPs and were written by real app users from the United States.

Some because the stations don't exist anymore, but most because the URL was incompatible. See the most current app reviews (and compare customer ratings) for the latest version of SomaFM Radio Player, an iOS app from SomaFM for the iPhone, iPad, and Android platforms. It takes awhile to customize but is quite rewarding after setting up streaming links. There's an old-ish list floating around that's been shared on this and other forums, but about two thirds of the stations wouldn't play, or threw an error. I personally use the stream section in Poweramp but it doesn't allow to set favorites, manually arrange streams, or anything else beyond adding and listening to stream. It's not too difficult to create a file with a handful of your favorites, assuming you can find the direct stream URLs, and they are compatible with the Hiby. That's over 4 hours a day of streaming every day 65 hours a month if you have a 1gb cap. If you use our AAC-HE format streams at 32k, you can stream about 130 hours a month before hitting a 2gb cap. One of the nice features, for me, of the Hiby R3 Pro DAP, in addition to being able to stream Tidal and Qobuz, is the "Custom Radio" feature. At 64k that's about 30mb an hour so about 66 hours of streaming would use about 2gb of data. Also works with R2 and original (non-"Pro") R3!
